My wife and I were looking for a master bedroom set. Susan did an excellent job helping us find the perfect set. She listened to our ideas for the room and then guided us thru the store. We found a set we loved and Susan pointed out the set was included in the sale going on. We appreciated her efficiency with the financial paperwork. We are happy with our purchase from Norwood.
