I have had excellent service in the past 8 years b...

I have had excellent service in the past 8 years but my last service at Lexus of Fremont was horrible. I was on hold on three different phone lines from my home. One one I was on hold for 47 minutes. Finally the line hung up on me. The day before after being told my car was ready for pickup but the guy didn't even ask my name or what car was mine. Called again was told no it wasn't ready. Couldn't even get an update. Left message on my service guys voice mail, no return call. Called following day service rep haven't been to work for days. So no I won't be bringing my car to this dealer. They had my car two weeks for a battery issue. All it needed was a new battery.
