Krista Boazman from Phyllis Browning Realty was a Godsend to my husband and I when it came time to sell our Riverwalk condo during the pandemic. We now live in Santa Fe and had every intention to travel to Texas and prepare our gorgeous place at The Left Bank for sale, but that just did not happen.

Krista Boazman rose to the occasion with her incredible sources. She hired and oversaw everyone who painted and polished our elegant Unit #16. As an artist and designer myself, I relied on her ideas to appeal to a wider buying audience. She thought of every detail, including the orchids she placed for the photo shoot, after single-handedly purchasing and planting the Talavera pots on our river-side porch.

Our realtor was an expert and knew what she was doing, including the help she continually gave us with all the online paperwork related to the sale. She then sold our condo to the second person who saw it.

Krista Boazman is a smart, inventive, hardworking, hands-on lovely person to work with. I will send a letter to our San Antonio friends asking them to save her name and contact, because without her enormous help, we would have had to postpone things until it was safe to travel, which is the last thing we wanted to do.
