As a 4th year naturopathic medical student I have had the amazing opportunity to work with Dr. Eckel as a student, mentoree and patient. She is an incredibly hardworking entrepreneur and chiropractor (valedictorian of her class I would also like to add). Dr. Eckel is thorough in her assessments, has extensive anatomical and exercise rehab knowledge and is an avid cross-fitter. What I respect about her as a chiro is her ability to connect with her patients, assess what caused or provoked the injury and to work with them where they are at in their recovery while knowing how to get them progressing steadily towards healing. She books follow-up assessments based on patient acuity, goals and the body's needs ---- it truly is about what the patient needs not how much $$$ she can make. She is open to preceptoring students to pass along clinical and business knowledge and for that I have been so grateful. Her practice is very busy - and continues to grow daily, for a reason!
