I visited this resort last week and I'm writing my honest review on my visit. I did check the reviews of the previous visitors before I checked-in into this hotel. In the reply they are saying to each customer that they will provide 5 star like service on next visit. I was under the impression that things have improved and I won't experience the same in my first visit. When I was completing check in process on my first day, I noticed that staff is murmuring about something, I knew something was fishy at that time but I was told that everything is fine but soon they approached me and offered my luxirous suit stay because of some issue which they didn't tell us.

But the what the said about the luxirous suite and actual condition was completely different. Room was right at the end of hotel, nice view but very old furniture,broken switches, malfunctioned taps and we were provided with extra bunk beds for 2 guests. Room was big but very old and stinky, seems it was closed for years. We immediately approached reception and asked to change the rooms immediately. Thanks to Mr.Ajay who promised to change our rooms next day and offered complementary dinner for all of us.

Somehow we spent that night in that room and next day when I approached the reception for room change, I was shocked the way two ladies at reception treated me that day, forget the sign of regret but they hardly even attended me and immediately shown me door of thier managers cabin. At that point, I felt like I made mistake by accepting thier terms last night. Those ladies were so rude and they hardly even know how to interact with customer, may be they are just racist towards Indian customers. Ok, I said to myself and I entered in their manager room. Now Mr. Jack talking to me and telling how did he do me a favor by giving me thier so called luxirous suite last night, his expressions were clear that he did not bother about the situation in which they had put us in , when I was talking he cut me in between and started talking on his phone. I immediately left the room with disappointed but as expected Mr. manager was least bothered about it.

Thanks to Mr. AJAY who personally handled this matter immediately when his shift started. We were immediately shifted to new clean and nice rooms without any further hassle.

Three for Mr Ajay, new rooms and restaurant inside. I'm taking away two star because of the receiption staff and thier manager.

Place is right between River and Beach, perfect place to spend time in South Goa, nice beach shacks on beach to spend evening time.Market is near for shopping.
