This is the worst dealership I have dealt with in my 20 yrs of buying and leasing vehicles. I am a car guy and have purchased about 15 cars over the years. Jim Desimone, the GM is an arrogant, abrupt, dishonest and disrespectful individual. I currently own 2 vehicles and lease 1 and looking to add another vehicle to my household. We agreed upon and signed off on initial papers for a monthly lease price in person with zero out of pocket, as I seldom put any $ down on leases. The following day I went to pick up the car and sign remaining papers. As I sat down to sign, they said I now have to give them almost 3k to get the car. Turns out I was mislead by the salesperson and Jim, while they assumed I would just give them the $ because I needed the vehicle. Wrong guy they chose to dupe that day. The conversation went nowhere and Jim's response when I threatened to report their predatory sales technique to the state attorney general was "Well, remember, it's your word against ours. " That was all I needed to hear to remove myself from that dealership and stress inducing moment. They refused to give me any signed paperwork showing details of the deal that was initially made, naturally. I am not stopping here and will tell everyone I know about this situation and to stay away.

This has cost me many hours of my time on 2 visits to this dealership in addition to the unneeded stress of dealing with such a predatory dealership. Stay far away from these people.
