I am surprised by the reviews on here. My boyfriend is stationed in san diego so we made a rush move out here with my daughter. I still have out of state insurance so we were having some trouble finding a place to take my child who was having respiratory problems. As soon as we walked through the door a busy man, I believe his name was Jorge, downstairs stopped everything and asked what we needed. He walked us upstairs to urgent care and came back up with his info to assist me with getting coverage here. Another lady helped us and she was extremely helpful, taking us down to pediatrics, speaking to registration there, and getting us papers. There were no appointments downstairs as we came right near close, but the urgent care made time for us. Registrar's were all kind and the doctor was thorough, informative, gentle and nice. They were closing and they didn't rush through my daughters care, which my boyfriend and I greatly appreciated. Another perk is that view from the urgent care Overall, clean, quick care, thorough examination, and friendly workers who went over and beyond for us. Thank you Logan Heights ! We will be back
