I cannot believe how unprofessional and rude these people are! They called asking to pay for more on their claim! I simply asked for its purpose and to why do I have to pay more. One of their representative, a moron, starting to yelled at me for no reason. I told him to calm down and he just hangup on me! I called again and no one would pick up my calls. He probably hated his job. Wilber Law firm is a joke! So unprofessional, I would love to get that recorded called and post it online. Get someone else who is more professional to handle your calls.
