Shocking, never had experience of this kind, and that I have years on my shoulders. I asked for a connection to take over in Rome. I made the contract by phone. Then the odyssey was called. I called it a dozen times. ACEA, seven times the Areti, I have fixed twice the appointment for the connection, and no one has presented itself. Every time I call, they check all the data, send an alert and then everything ends there.
There is something that I can not understand, or someone wants "bribes", or the staff member "steals" the salary without doing anything, or I do not know what else to imagine ..... hallucinating
