I went into the store the other day in need of a new pair of trail shoes, something to replace my Montrails. Dave spent a considerable amount of time with me trying out different brands/styles. I left with my first pair of Salomon Speedcross shoes. I love them (great tread that gripped into the snow and ice remaining on the trails) and loved the service I received at New England Running Company. Thanks, Dave!
