I am member of YL in Singapore but do travel to Australia for special reasons. As some of the products are hard to carry and for convenience I order from the Sydney , Australia. I was told I cannot use my ER only eligible for standard orders. YL being a global company should allow ER membership to be used in any country, I ordered quite a large amount from the sydney office in the last 6 months. Disappointed that I cannot use my ER. Would appreciate an explanation. We live in a Global World.
