I felt horrible having to go in at their time of closing when I got off of work, but no one acted like it was a burden or an inconvenience. They saw me as soon as they could, because coming in late there were a few groups ahead of me, but they greeted me right away when I walked in, let me know that the salesman I came in to see was with someone at the moment but would be with me shortly, and offered me FOOD & DRINKS while I waited. Not just the guy I was there to see, but their whole staff treated me as if I was their own customer and genuinly wanted to make sure that I knew what was going on and were there for any of my questions. It felt more like I was there to be catered to than being a hassle to them at their time of closing.

And as I was being helped, by the amazing Mr. Darrell Babineaux, it seemed like the only job he had was to put a smile on my face. Which he most certainly did. Being a first time car lease/owner my process was taking a little longer, but the whole time he was updating me on everything and making sure that I was the most comfortable that I could be. My phone died- he tracked down a charger for me. My stomach was hungry- he gave me his dinner. I was at this place for a good 4 hours but everyone there was working their hardest to get me the right deal for what I was interested in.

And Mr. Bobby Patel financed my situation perfectly to where I wasn't overwhelmed, did his best to meet prices that I went in asking for, and made sure that I understood every charge and every benefit. This first time experience for me couldn't have gone any better, extremely exceeding what I was originally expecting to happen going into a car sales lot. I now feel like family and cannot wait to go back in.
