I've had a horrible experience with GPT Tools. I purchased a brand new tool for $1150. It was faulty to begin with and could not be used. Returned it requesting refund. They said they had the right to repair it, but they couldn't fix it and gave it back to me. Many months and 4 shop visits later (2hr journey). No refund, no repair, no returning calls and they won't tell me who their supplier is or where to get parts. Just lies upon lies. Complete breach of Fair Trade act, they are a law unto themselves. Don't trust them.
