The speed of response of the technical service by email of Redsys is inversely proportional to the utility or resolutive capacity that it gives: they answer you in 10 minutes, but it is as if someone asks for the time and says "macaroni with tomato".

If at least they stopped to read the ticket carefully to know what they are being asked, it would be a giant step.

Edit in response: I do not have social networks or I'm going to do them. A company that would be very serious, should have a customer service channel of its own, not to send entrepreneurs / freelancers to communicate on Facebook on a subject as private and important as the collection management.
