Their customer service is horrible, I sent an email asking to cancel my membership that was no problem... but then I was still being charged the monthly membership fee. I sent another email asking why are they still charging me. They didn't even address that but instead told me my membership was canceled starting today and my certification expires next month. The beginning of next month guess what I have a canfitpro membership fee....
