Overweight fees!!

Overweight fees!!
I was clear about what would be going into the dumpster (old wood flooring, trim, some drywall, and a lot of old deck flooring). I was told about getting 2 tons allowance for weight and was assured that with the materials I would be discarding, the chosen container would be plenty. I was charged for overweight! Now I'm no expert, with the materials I was discarding, maybe this size container should have allowed for 3 tons (but then the company would lose the extra fees! )
Go with a bit more expensive dumpster rental company, because after the extra fees, the prices are the same!!
