I purchased a 2006 Damon Daybreak in October of 2017. I left the dealership after spending 2 Days getting safety issues fixed. I financed this RV through their finance department and had the name of the bank that held the note and date of first payment . I waited to receive paperwork from the bank and began calling them only to be told they did not have an account with my name on it. I called Lazydays only to receive a call from them stating that the original paperwork was mishandled. I received new paperwork in a fedex pouch signed and sent back to them delaying the first payment by a month. I live in AZ and was 1st given 30 temp tags for FL and I waited again for what I expected to be permanent AZ tags which never came. I again called Lazydays and spoke with a very confused lady who stated she was somewhat confused over handling an out of state title. I waited and a week went by when I received 90 day temp tags from AZ. I left a job early to return to AZ prior to the temp tags expiring went and had emissions test walked into motor vehicle presented my emission test and asked to get plates to be told we need the title. I called the bank and they didn t have the title. I then called Lazydays and talked to same lady and was told in no uncertain terms that she had sent everything to AZ motor vehicle department referenceing an address that I know was not the dmv. I contacted this company by looking their address up to find out it was a 3 d party who remembered the transaction and did issue the temp tags but received no other paperwork. They followed up with Lazydays and still have not received title so I can get plates. It seems no one wants to follow through on something so basic to the sale of a vehicle. I m still without plates and the second temporary tags I ve got are quickly approaching expiration. The bad part of this whole fiasco is the time spent running around and calling with no resolution. I will keep trying to find someone who cares at Lazydays.
