I had a difficult time finding a company to bring my stairs into the 2000 s until I found Piedmont StairWorks. Kelly was a great. She helped in coming up with the best plan for our new look. Took the time to make sure we were happy, and made it so easy to schedule the work. She kept us updated all the way up to the day of the upgrade.

On the day of the install, Thanome showed up on time and as professional as can be. Took all COVID protocols, and was a master craftsman. I could not speak more highly of Thanome.

After the work was done, sooner then expected, he cleaned up, made sure we were happy, and left us to enjoy our new and improved stairs.

The next day Kelly called to make sure we were happy with the work and to thank us for our business. It s so hard to find great companies to work with now a days, but Piedmont went above and beyond, and it was worth every cent!
