First, I called over 7 times to confirm my reservation with no answer and no call back. Second, they said our room never got cleaned because the "rooms have been getting messed up." And she kept physically leaving the lobby to check to see if a room had been cleaned. She did this twice and we waited a pretty long time in the lobby. Third, she finally assigned a room and the walls, doors, carpet and bathroom floors were all dirty. There was still trash in the trash can from the previous guests and a towel was still hung on the back of the door like it had been used. The beds were made but there were stains on the comforter. I didn't even feel comfortable taking my shoes off. Fourth, there were damages. The smoke detector was literally hanging off the wall and the door for the bathroom wasn't lined up to the door frame so it wouldn't actually shut. Plus the phone was broke. Lastly, they charge a $100 security deposit for damages which is ridiculous since the rooms are already damaged before we get them.
