Through a friend's advice, I engaged Adam Bettison from HouseSmart to assist in looking for an investment property. He was very helpful, assessing and providing advice on potential properties I had found. Upon finding a place, he assisted in the settlement process and answered all the questions I had and is now managing the investment property. It was a pleasure dealing with him and would definitely engage him again.
