I would first like to say my service was tremendous from the server I had. I am writing this review, however about the manager. I asked for her name and the server informed me it is Ola. Me and my wife were trying to enjoy our meal after a long flight. This woman was critisizing all the servers, swearing at them, and making our experience horrible. The way she spoke to the servers, and the horrible negative energy she brought made this the worst experience I have ever had. The way she speaks to the servers is actually disgusting and I am suprised they dont report her. I used to recommend this place to my colleagues for their trips too Toronto. I however would never be able to send someone into that atmosphere. This woman, and her harrassment do not belong in the service industry.
