This review is based on my two experiences with the service department. As a disclaimer I need not purchase my vehicle from Hall Chrysler so I can only speak for their service department. Both times I have taken my Jeep liberty here I had issues with my service advisor Ron. The reason for my most recent visit is the passenger airbag light was lit and the fasten seatbelt alarm was going off even when no passenger was in the seat.

For my most recent visit, I was required to make a service appointment in which I need to wait a week since they were booked out. After I had finally dropped my vehicle off Tuesday morning. I waited full day with no word from the service department as to what was wrong with my vehicle. So I decided to call and attempt to get information. Once I got ahold from Ron there was no information simply "my tech doesn't know whats wrong, and I will call you when I know whats wrong." After another two days of no information and hear "My tech still doesn't know what wrong" I decide to call the service manager. By the time I talk with the service manager, they have had my vehicle from Tuesday morning, throughout the weekend and it is now Monday and I have not heard a single thing about it. I express my displeasure with Ron's lack of communication and customer service, the manager does not seem to car. She assures me she will stay in contact with me, even text me and let me know what's going on. However she does not, I go the entire day hearing nothing until 4 PM when Ron calls me to tell me whats wrong with the vehicle and that it is not covered by insurance. So now I have to pay full price for a rental car for an entire week since it took this service department 7 days to trouble shoot the air bag module!

It took them 40 hours to "trouble shoot" plus I have to pay for labor, parts and a rental car. This service department has no zero customer service, and when a manager is made aware a customer is not pleased with their service advisor, they still have that said service advisor call the customer. And to top it off, Ron quoted me $840 for everything. And when my wife went to checkout the final bill was over $1100!

I will NEVER bring my vehicle back to this service department.
