I've been coming here for over 30 years and every time I returned the past 3 or 4 times I felt more and more overcharged and under serviced. This past Sunday was the last straw. They refused to honor a voucher citing a stipulation that was in no way printed on the ticket, even in the fine print on the back, AND not even in the email communication I had with their reservation department. All this was after I tried to call the number on the voucher over and over again prior to my arrival to confirm 1) it would be honored and 2) if there were any special Covid protocol I should follow. They had me cornered at the window and I ended up paying for a service that should be complimentary. I've given that resort enough of my money over the years, never again. Don't waste your money there, other options are nearby for skiing and waterparks.
