Can t say enough good things about Brian Ferrick and the Treadstone team. We hit a snag with another mortgage lender one week before close and Brian was able to navigate us through the mess that snag had created. The personal attention and communication we received during this very stressful time were above and beyond our expectations. We were very impressed with the speed at which things were getting done. When all was said and done Brian had put together a loan we were happy with in half the time it had taken the other lender. I would recommend Brian and Treadstone to any potential buyer.
