Very disappointed! Working with Larry was fine, no pressure, answered any questions. When it come to finanicing Brandon was very disappointing! I felt like we were just blown off because we didn't have good credit. We knew we would have to pay a high interest rate but we were willing to do that cause we had our hearts set on a Chevy Avalanche and we wanted to work on fixing our credit. We left the dealership thinking Brandon had to work a little harder to get us finianced. 2 days later I had to call and ask him what's going on, he said oh let me work on that here this morning and I will call you back in just a couple hours. a week and a half later still no phone call. Pretty bad he makes you feel like you aren't with the time or service unless you have great credit. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I think it is sad Larry has to take a loss because Brandon didn't do his job! I am good now though, after 20 minutes in Ed Kohen Ford we had what we wanted and financing all wrapped up. Your loss Good - BAD- car Co.
