Disappointed with the parking system when i check...

Disappointed with the parking system when i check out at 9.40 am this morning the reception said ok i still can use the free parking ,but when i'm going out the ticket post they said my car not registered yet...but yesterday when i check in the reception said can use it until tomorrow before check out..but i have early check out this morning...
