Poor customer service in sales department. Inquired on a bike twice with no follow up from sales in a two week period. Went down the road to Husky Dealer and purchased a bike.

The only reason I'm not giving them a 1 is the clothing and accessories gal did a fairly good job in assisting me.

Update-The sales department did follow up with me a few weeks afterwards. Had the incorrect phone number previously. Adjusted review.
