Sure, shipping is fast but it's not it's free. You have to pay 16 bucks. However, my item was not as described when it arrived to me. So I shipped it back. My tracking number tells me the item was received by their returns department on November 16, 2017 but it still has not been processed and it is December 4, 2017. On their website, when you create an online account with them, it does not even provide updated information. Whenever I try to call them to ask about anything, the wait is always 30 minutes if not more. I ended up having to dispute the charge directly through my bank. Needless to say, I will not order from them again.
