Received the WORST possible customer service from ...

Received the WORST possible customer service from your agent ERIK AMES. He was very rude, arrogant and selfish. I applied for the refinance 3-4 weeks back. For the first 2 weeks there was NO RESPONSE from him. Then I sent him a reminder and only then he started working on my application. Even then, he MADE MISTAKES in the application (wrong loan amount, rates, etc.) for which I asked him to make corrections. He then SUDDENLY BAILED on my application (4 weeks already into the process) giving excuses that I am not valuing his time and that he has other clients. By then I had already invested a lot of my personal time into the process with this agent and was taken by complete surprise.

He also ACCUSED me of FALSE allegations just because I asked him a few simple questions to conduct my due diligence on the clauses that I was signing up for, to which he gave WRONG answers. He used HARRASSING language such as (in his words on emails to me) "I d have fired you if I had 0 loans in process" and "You re inability to understand the process is evident despite how many times I ve explained it to you". He used INAPPROPRIATE HASHTAGS for me in his emails such as #entitledbrat #growup #byefelicia and even mentioned that I am following "flimsy standards and morals" in my job.

I have worked with many lenders and brokers before who have been very professional but Erik has been the worst. I feel sorry for his other customers who have to work with him. I am glad I saw his true colors early and now don't have to deal with him. He exhibited unjustified bias, unprofessionalism, and harassed me with false accusations. I don't know why he chose to personally attack/target me.

I would request Washington First mortgage to take immediate action on this, because no other customer should go through what I have suffered.
