A nice park but management of reservations and customer relations from another age!
After a remote reservation for a very small group of disabled people we do not receive written confirmation. We are again confirmed the price orally but once there after 4 hours of driving it is no longer the same price Grrrr impossible to add for residents (agreement required by tutors). No empathy, cold communication, and no commercial gestures. The return of residents is done in a very sad atmosphere ...
