One of the shops that I used to visit very regularly, and now never again.

The queues at the checkout are ridiculously long, even at very ordinary weekdays.

Bought a product several times which just wasn't right. Waiting time at the customer service is then easily half an hour.

Drop was our wall unit. It was not fully available, but it would come again. Largely assembled. Months later, the news comes that the wall unit has been taken out of production and replaced by an "almost identical" model. We were allowed to unscrew our wall unit and return it ... My hobby is not to assemble IKEA furniture.
