Changed from rating of 4. Needing a fan cable to finish my build, I was talking to a rep on the phone and placed and order. I told him I was in my car on the way, and he told me that it would be there for pickup. Arrived at 4:02pm and was told shop is shut and EFTPOS was shutdown, so I couldn't get my cable. It would have been nice for the sales rep to remind me that they were shutting in 10 minutes, might have saved me the drive.

I must have spent around $10,000 in that store over the years. So, I won't be spending another cent there. All over 2 minutes.
