Hello, in the year 2013 being a minor and with all my permits and authorizations in order including the authorization THIS since I have a passport from the European Community, and my older brother being the person authorized to represent me, we decided to visit USES. What was my surprise that at the border crossing I was denied entry and all others were authorized ... Now my question is the following: Who should I contact to solve or find out the reason for the rejection of my entry to the USA? ... Should I contact Homeland Security? Should I go directly to the US embassy in Madrid? Should I make an appointment? ... Is there a phone number to call or e-mail? .... Thank you very much
