Look on Amazon or Mercadolibre before buying on PCEL because:

1) There is no notice that ALL online payments are now made with PayPal which takes up to 24 hours to clear and this affects the shipping time. I have had to go and pick up an order and it turns out that since it has not been accredited, I needed to bring a printed sheet and they allege it is a process that "is years old" although it is not true.

2) It is the second time that I make a purchase with local shipping and they hide that due to "an error in the system" they take my address as National and not as Local, so the shipment returned 4 days and they DON'T KNOW THEY WANT TO MAKE THEM RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE PROBLEMS, since that error is over a year old.

3) I have been sold things that are not really in stock and it is a way of asking for a refund.

4) Poorly trained staff, no supervisors, lousy and inefficient customer service, lousy system in general.

5) They block anyone who pressures them on FB, they have reviews deactivated and on their website they filter all the bad reviews, that's why only good reviews appear. The good thing is that they are not saved here.

6) You have to get mad to be listened to and look for him by sky, land and sea, or in any case, threaten to report them to PROFECO (highly recommended to do so).
