Thanks to the time Yolanda Jaeger, the triage nurse, spent describing signs of a possible detached retina, I was able to immediately identify that my symptoms were worsening. When I called and Yolanda confirmed my symptoms had changed, she scheduled me with an appointment at the Clinic in less than 30 minutes where I was diagnosed with a torn retina. Yolanda saved me from a possible detached retina and saved my eye sight. I am forever grateful to her professionalism, patience and the care she took to help me understand my condition. I am eternally grateful for her.
