Mediocre experience. Stayed two nights here. It s a really busy street and construction was happening making it difficult to turn into the hotel. That may just be Montreal, so I won t really say this is the hotels fault. On the first night I was extremely tired and didn t notice much except for the toilet that made a weird motor noise on flush and the washroom door does not really close all the way.

The problem may just be because we were on floor 1, close to the elevators. On the second night, it was extremely noisy. Guests are noisy and partying until late hours, you can hear the bass from the music downstairs, it s a pet friendly hotel so there was a small dog crying and unfortunately there were just some guests who kept going in and out of their suite and even accidentally knocking on my door at one point.

I had a hard time falling asleep because of the smell too. I didn t look into the smoking situation of the hotel but I did smell cigarette smoke from the hallway which travels.

The amenities are good, people are friendly and the design is good but wish I had a better overall experience.
