My daughter got hit by someone that has traders in...

My daughter got hit by someone that has traders insurance over 3 weeks ago. Her car has been in the shop going on 3 weeks. The body shop called us over a week ago and said that traders said her car was totaled. We have not heard anything from Traders. This is very aggravating because she needs a car. I don t understand how they can tell the body shop it s totaled but never reach out to us. I have never had a worse experience.. worst insurance company ever!!!
