I had a 1 pm appointment for a synethic oil change and I was waiting at the dealership for two hours... although the person helping me was very kind and kept apologizing that it shouldn't have taken this long, I was not happy. I'm a really patient person but the wait was unacceptable. On top of that, the next morning I got an alert on my car that my tire pressure was low even though they said they pumped all my tires for me. Not worth going to this Honda location.
