I use Plastiq to pay an invoice every month (because the company doesn't take credit cards). It's expensive... BUT on TOP of that - Their website has been down for over a week. They don't have a customer service department to call. When you submit a request on-line, you receive auto generated replies. It's a total nightmare. I'm going to start cutting a check directly to avoid EVER using Plastiq again.
