Purchased a rowing machine over a month ago and have not been able to use it. I have tried so many times to get through to the company with no success. I am returning it , thankfully I purchased it through AMAZON and they have tried to assist me, amazon recommendation is to return the machine . I would never recommend purchasing anything from this company
