My just adopted cat was recovering from a nasty cold he picked up from the shelter. At first it seemed he was recovering well after we brought him home I noticed in the morning there was some blood coming from his nose. Alarmed I called up Banfield & asked some questions. They happily answered everything I asked & informed me of the free first visit coupon after setting up my Sunday appointment. No hidden charges or weird fees. Totally free! The building is spacious & clean too. The staff was wonderfully helpful & so good to my sick kitty. After prescribing his antibiotics & informing us how to administer them plus answering any questions we had the cost for the entire visit was under 100$. The pet plan insurance wasn't pushed upon us but mentioned though. Nice not dealing with a sales pitch. After my experience I highly recommend this branch.
