I went in to file small claims and I had no idea where I was going. Every single employee I came into contact with was SO polite. I give it a 4/5 instead of 5/5 though because I could not get anyone on the phone to help me figure out which building to go to. Overall, I'm so happy I went here instead of Norfolk!
