Two encounters and very unsatisfied!!!!!!!! The first encounter was horrible! I scheduled an appt. for an oil change with what seemed like a very confused and unorganized customer service person. This should have been a red flag because i came on what was suppose to be my scheduled service time and date and i wasn't in the system. I ask how long of a wait and i was told over 4 hours because they are short staffed. My apologies, but you being short staffed is not my problem and i will not wait with a 2 year old four plus hours for a simple oil change!!! I have only owned hondas and had my oil changed from NC to FL and several states in between and have never run into this lack of customer service!!!! On my second encounter and yet again they still dont have it together, long waiting times for simple service and not so friendly staff. I'd rather go out of my way than come back here! Crown Honda get it together as your not representing the Honda ive always known!!
