I was looking for a Honda dealership to maintain our Honda Pilot ( Honda service A12). Since we recently moved to Chapel Hill and don t know much of places so I googled it. Crown Honda showed up first on the list but has mixed of reviews. Some people are complaining about their poor performance about staying on time while others are talking about their good service. I decided to give it a try myself. I made the appointment and went there a little bit earlier. There was one gentleman greeted me right after I pulled into their garage and told me there will be someone help me shortly. I waited about 5 min and Mr. Butler came over. He did his routine check and made some suggestions on the services that could be done. I am so glad that he only gives suggestions but not push at all. It took me around 1 hour and 40 min from the moment that I got there till everything was done. I would say it is not that bad. They have nice waiting area and some refreshments. Overall I like my experience here and would come back again.
