The arch itself was fun. The service and employee friendliness here was probably the worst of any National Park we've visited. When trying to get a refund because the lines were more than 30 minutes behind and we had s baseball game to go to we were told that no refunds were allowed. As one employee began to issue us a voucher our price was then increased because we had to reschedule to a weekend rate. Since there were two families in our party, she asked another employee to help (now we had waited more than 20 minutes to reschedule) and that employee said, "Nah, I'm good." Another 10 minutes later we had finally finished rescheduling and paying extra money to come back the next day.
