Matt was absolutely fantastic! This was my first time purchasing a car and I was very appreciative of how patient and low-pressure he was throughout the entire buying process. I looked at BMW, Audi, and Mercedes, and ultimately landed on BMW as my choice because of the superior product and customer service. Matt has now sold my dad, sister, and me BMW cars in the last year, so clearly he's doing something right.
