terrible service and repair- do not use them. They came out to fix my broken door and never contacted me. I came home from work and my door would not open with the opener or from the inside.

No note or explanation as to what they did. I called this morning and Shirley the dispatcher told me no one came to my house yesterday. They called me back and said their installer did in fact come out and they put my door on manual, which is why the opener didn't work.

On my third call with them today they said they would have to order a new bottom panel, but can't do that until they send another person out to measure my door. Wouldn't you have done that when you came out to look at the door?

As a result, I highly do not recommend you use this company.
