This hospital needs mass rehiring across the board. Poor service and lack of professionalism, even with upper management. Don t bother calling cause they won t answer the phone or return calls when you leave voicemails. On the rare occasion someone does answer the phone, they re usually NOT helpful and will transfer you around or forward you to non-working numbers. Management is no better either, as they have very little remorse and do little to nothing to assist or improve.

The wait times are long, even when you have an appointment, you ll likely wait at least 30-45 minutes PAST your appointment time with NO updates.

They seem overwhelmed all around but that s no excuse to be rude to patients.

Although it is one big hospital, the interdepartmental communication is nonexistent. Their computer systems are outdated and also don t connect so expect a lot of physical papers and walking back and forth to admissions, insurance and whichever departments you need to go to.

Important to note:
No waiting room for surgery.
Not all departments do appointment reminders (most DONT)
