Wonderful experience, even if a bit busy, this is a great way to be introduced to the work of Van Gogh. You need to book a time, there are cloakroom facilities, it's well organised and plenty of staff around to answer questions, they are more enthusiastic than other museums I found. You need to take your time. There is an introduction video which you should see first.
