I recently ordered a variety of baked goods from the website. While the selection was decent, the overall experience was just average. The delivery took longer than expected, and the packaging was not as secure as I would have liked. Additionally, some of the items seemed slightly underwhelming in terms of taste and freshness. On a positive note, the customer service was responsive and helpful when I reached out with a concern about my order. However, I would hope for a more consistent and higher quality across all aspects of the service, from ordering to delivery to product quality.
